Unfortunately this company does not respond to false positive submissions for websites. I have a client that has been on the "blacklist" in virus total for over a month now, and I've submitted twice, and never received a response. I did both through their form and have waited as to what I feel is an adequate amount of time. All other vendors (i say that Trustwave is the other nonresponsive vendor) have rescanned and whitelisted our site but without a full green check mark we are like fish out of the water. My client came to me to clean his site, move to a proper host, and I am sitting here trying to get this company to be accountable. Unfortunately if they aren't going to be responsive here I'm going to go to every kind of review platform that exists to showcase their lack of service.

Had been using Kaspersky for many years. It worked fine and nothing more. But later I started using other vendor solution and got much negative experience.
Now I realize that Kaspersky Internet Secu
rity was perfect. Simple working is great. All works as it should to be. Minimum of false alarms, top performance, easy manage and tune exclusions.
At the end of current subscription I'll return to Midori Kuma.

a sense of satisfaction! after installing kaspersky on my android... best thing, its simply awesome and works like a QA guy... analyze each and every stuff that you install on your phone. Just download it once and you are all set! gives you warning for any spammy or malicious app download, verifies it as per its criteria.. so overall its amazing

Worst support ever. Reminders your license is ended, while it hasn't. When it finally expires and you want to renew, they send you an offer 20 euro less 1 month after you renewed. If you want to get back the price difference you have to sent email with your purchase info, but their email adress doesn't accept any attachements. So after another 1/2 year the app disappears. Good defender stepped in. De-installed 180 days before license end.

Not Responsive

Unfortunately this company does not respond to false positive submissions for websites. revoked my subscription for no reason

revoked my subscription for no reason
i bought a new computer, and when i removed my license from the old device to add it to the new one the license got revoked with a message saying that i have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed. it's a 3 devices license and no device is attached and only used it on 2 computer since purchase, support is not responding.

Had been using Kaspersky

Had been using Kaspersky for many years. It worked fine and nothing more. But later I started using other vendor solution and got much negative experience.

Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancel.
I have deleted account but still says will auto renew. Consequently I have had to cancel my credit card and ask them to send me a new one.

I have moved to McCafee when I realised that it (Kapersky) had ties to Russia's Federal Security Service and that the founder Eugene Kapersky is a Putin supporter. After the invasion of the Ukraine imperative to get out of this.

Avoid avoid Kaspersky as auto debit looming..

Yes I agree with the other Kaspersky reviews here. Avoid before you agree to the auto trial then renewal debit after the trial. I will be changing my bank credit details to try to stop them auto debit money for their ant I virus which made my phone horribly slow anyway.

after deleting this garbage from my pc…

after deleting this garbage from my pc the microsoft defender suddenly became disabled.
The famous error: "Your IT Administrator has limited access" has appeared.
So, I should format my disc C to fix it.
Total useless trash (like the family members of the owner) program which is most likely should be called a personal info-leaking malware.
Try to run wannacry or petya on a PC with the free version of this garbage and it will let you do it.

Never using Kapersky again

I wouldn't recommend Kapersky to anyone. They make it a nightmare to cancel your subscription and will charge you anyways even after calling to cancel. I needed to cancel my subscription through digital river and the website somehow can't find my account based off the billing ID, my credit card or my email address. This may not be the most helpful review but people need to know what others have gone through before even considering buying a subscription from this shady company.

On 17.11.2021 Kaspersky has been taken…

On 17.11.2021 Kaspersky has been taken money from credit card claiming automatic renewal . In 2020 I purchased antivirus, but I am sure that I didn't enable automatic renewal.
I have requested to refund 2weeks back and waiting.

I was not aware that monies had been…

I was not aware that monies had been taken from my credit card by Kaspersky, not informed or notified that this had happen. Very unhappy with their devious automatic renewal. Tried to have monies returned a waste of time! so beware of this particular companies automatic renewal scam.
Now that I am aware I have immediately cancelled their method of taking monies but will also remove my credit card details as well from the payment site

CAREFUL when renewing. Bait and Switch.

I enjoyed Kaspersky, right up until it was time to renew my anti-virus. I went to renew, and they pulled a 'bait and switch' on me. Instead of getting the anti-virus I wanted to renew, (I used their own link within my installed Kaspersky), and instead of them renewing my antivirus, it gave me some stupid 'Cloud' protection, and it didn't renew my antivirus.
Their customer service was ABYSMAL. It never got resolved, and hence, I uninstalled it from my iMac, and let them know how I felt. Seems like they didn't care at all over losing a customer, and that's fine, they lost me FOREVER! You only get to rip me off ONE TIME! PS. My bank and Comptroller of the currency should be contacting Kaspersky very soon.

Gangsters

I've tried every way to cancel the auto renewal and my login details & password to get into my account always seems to be 'incorrect' even though I know they're not. A mail to set a new password never arrives (6 times I've clicked it) and customer support is beyond rubbish. The only option left to me is to ensure my bank account is empty on the day of auto renewal because it's impossible to switch it off.

Their software is also rubbish - it constantly blocks each and every site I try to visit, including my own business site. I very quickly disabled their so-called security software and just wrote off the cost. I'll never trust or buy anything from this crowd again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. No support on weekends, so if your computer is left unprotected, that's 48 hours of potential danger, not counting the hours it will take for them to respond come monday. I can't recommend this product ever again. They lost a customer for life.

Annoying popups

Annoying popups. I expect internet security to run seamlessly in the background without popping up asking me stupid annoying questions. Very amatuer cartoon character illustrations make it seem like it was designed by a 13 year old. Irritating software

Terrible Experience…

After a 30 day trial I decided to make a first time purchase from the website but my credit card was automatically cancelled by my bank because of the unreliable nature of this website. Followed by terrible customer service where they could not even find my account in their database. I'd recommend avoiding this business if you take your data seriously.

Thieves with poor records of their customers

I had their antivirus software for a year. Not sure how it worked in that regard other than it seemed like it was the culprit on not letting my wifi through. Either way I knew I needed something. They have an auto renewal clause in their contract and never hid that fact. As a matter of fact they were letting us know that a month ahead of time that it was going to auto renew and if you joined now you could get 15% off your 2 year new contract. So I did and it renewed and all was good, until I got a notification 3 weeks later that Kaspersky just charged me again!!!! But this time the full price for the auto renewal contract that I already had been charged. They double charged us and PayPal didn't do anything. We went through our credit card to dispute this and now I see that they credited us for the lesser charge and haven't seen the other charge credited yet but my software has been canceled so I have no security at all at this point and still out my money on that auto renewal that I know don't have. Unbelievable. How can you not see that I bought your software on their end.
